Karean L. Chapman is a creative graphic designer, wife, and devoted mother of two daughters. Karean has a fondness and passion for animals, adventure and the arts. Blessed with a wonderful husband and two children, Karean divides her time between family, pets, creative design, healthful living and giving back to those in need.
Karean graduated Summa Cum Laude and obtained her BFA in Visual Communications with an emphasis on digital design. When Karean first met her husband, he took her on many white water canoe adventures. It was with one of these adventures that inspired Karean with the storyline for this book. The love of her daughters inspired her further to make this story into a children’s book so that they can enjoy and share in this adventure with all.
